Unnatural results happen when injectors add volume indiscriminately without respecting bone structure, or when excessive neuromodulators paralyze antagonistic muscles. At Aurélia, we practice micro-dosing and phased rejuvenation. We will candidly advise you against procedures that would disrupt your natural proportions.

For neuromodulators (Botox), schedule at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to allow peak refinement and any fine-tuning. For dermal architecture or lip fillers, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks in advance so any potential swelling or microscopic bruising completely dissipates. For laser series, begin 3 to 6 months prior.

Safety depends on the specific modality. While traditional IPL requires caution on Fitzpatrick skin types IV–VI, our Moxi 1927nm non-ablative fractional laser and insulated RF Microneedling systems bypass epidermal pigment and are clinically proven safe across all skin tones year-round.

Because we reserve dedicated clinical suites and 45–75 minutes of uninterrupted provider time for each patient, we request at least 24 hours notice for standard cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a modest \$75 rescheduling fee.

In our Curated and Elevated tiers, banked monthly treatment credits rollover for up to 90 and 180 days respectively. In our Premier tier, banked credits never expire as long as your membership remains active.
